Why Work With the TMI?

The City of Boca Raton Transportation Management Initiative (TMI) was developed through a partnership between the City of Boca Raton and the Florida Department of Transportation’s regional commuter assistance program, South Florida Commuter Services (SFCS), to develop and implement solutions to traffic congestion and transportation challenges in the City of Boca Raton.

The TMI works with employers, property managers, property owners, and developers to reduce vehicle trips through the promotion of initiatives such as carpooling, vanpooling, shuttle systems, park & ride facilities, teleworking, parking management, and work hour management programs.  The TMI Administrator will assist your agency in conducting on-site analysis of the worksite and commuter habits/behaviors to establish tailored strategies to meet the needs of you and your worksite.
